Our minimum requirement for Buy To Let and Residential Purchase/Remortgage cases

Full completed relevant fact find

  • Photo ID – Passport or Full driving License
  • Proof of address dated within last 2 months – Utility bill, Bank statement or Council tax Bill
  • Last 3 months personal bank statements
  • Last 3 months payslips and latest P60 if employed
  • Last 3 years SA302’s with corresponding tax overviews
  • Proof of deposit if transaction is a purchase

Your case will be assessed on an individual basis and additional documents will be requested.
